Muhammad Moaz Akhtar of Allahabad has achieved extraordinary success in UPSC. Moaz Akhtar has achieved this feat while being a PCS officer. Moaz Akhtar, who belongs to the middle class of the city, also did B.Tech from Allahabad Engineering College and after three consecutive failures, this time he has managed to make his place in UPSC. With this success of Moaz Akhtar, there is an atmosphere of celebration among his family and the people of the area.
